Well, this is somewhat screwed up. Not giving me a chance to say anything before making said decisions. I would like to say a few things. I have a separate forum I am currently running, on top of the stress of finding a place to live since my foster family is abandoning me. Plus, I have several health issues, as you all know fairly well. It is difficult to maintain activity. It would also help staff more if our loving Head Admin would contribute to the grading of applications as well.

I realize I may be overstepping my bounds by saying this, but being owner shouldn't be his reason for grading none of the applications. He should be fulfilling quotas 'n such just as much as the rest of us.

If my RL problems and stress are not enough as an excuse for not being able to grade applications 'n such, then he really has no excuse at all, but that is my opinion. I am not trying to be rude or spiteful. I am speaking my mind.

Yes, I can make a better attempt to post on applications and post elsewhere to show my activity, but I don't believe I should be kicked out of my position.

In a way, I do agree. I was hesitant to demote anyone before they saw this. But Eden, you are welcome to request a temp-demotion if this is too much stress. I can't say I understand the position you're in, but I want to be fair with staff work. I believe that this quota may help you so you are not under pressure and can still get some work done.

I also think that if Udarsha is going to be actively roleplaying and posting, he should contribute some board/member-related-work to the site other than keeping it online. =] We can't force him, but it is only fair imo.

Speaking of that, I am going to be making some edits to the public grading standards. Mushami was irritated primarily due to not liking how "un-thorough" it is. I will be working on that today, and I would also like it if I am contacted often when I am not online if something needs to get done. If you are all willing to communicate with me and work together, then this inactivity thing shouldn't ever be an issue.

I have not gotten a PM about this topic, and if it was sent to me, it was most likely a glitch that disallowed me from receiving it. I genuinely apologize, for the 10 bajillionth time xD, regarding my inactivity. Life for me has sucked for a long while now, and I can't help that except try my best to get through.

Communicate more with me, and I will be here more often when I am not online. If I am not online, there is likely a really good explanation for it.
