Okay, so this is my opinion, but we should reserve Aizen and Yamamoto as NPCs, that are only controlled by staff. This ensures, that while members have opportunity to drive the plot in a certain direction, the staff has two essential powers at our use to take control if needed. In addition, both of them are too powerful to be picked by anyone, in my humble opinion.

This thing extends to Kirigaya Kyoraku, Oleg Athanasios, Seach Taraign, Dante and Katherine. We should keep the NPCs, that play the greatest part in plot development under staff's ownership.

Absolutely. Someone like Aizen or Yamamoto can end so much drama and tension by their sheer presence, and we shouldn't allow that to happen randomly.

Agreed say I. Imagine someone being like Yamamoto out of no where and uses Bankai randomly... Staff should control major NPCs
