Technique Description:  Using his Shikai, Kaito uses great force to release huge amounts of sand that blast in the direction of the target. The sand when touching the opponent induces them to sleep. It is used as a long range alternative instead of being close to the enemy. It can be used for 1 post and requires a cool-down for 3 posts

Uhh, Yamada-kun, you can't use Shikai yet, as you are only a Tier 4-2. You must be Tier 4-1 to unlock your Shikai, then I suggest doing a training thread where you meet your Zanpakuto Spirit. Once you do that, I can approve this to be trained.

Yamada is allowed to use *cough* his shikai *cough* but, to the technique, it honestly makes no sense when in regards to the shikai, this may sound rude, but did you real the power of the shikai? because this techs don't fit with the theme and overall power of the shikai.

Honestly, this needs either adding that you can't induce the shikai's true power when fired, or reworked that it better functions with the shikai; a better tech would be that you spin around the shikai's whip form, creating a sandstorm that increases the likelihood of getting sand into the target's eyes and lowers overall visibility over a set area

If you read the Tier Charts, Luke, he technically isn't allowed to use Shikai, as he doesn't have enough reiatsu. It is actually pointed out pretty well in the Gotei Positions list, too.
