We do not allow third degree burns for fairness and balance. Please reduce any and all mentions of it to second degree.

We also don't allow full paralysis. Please change this to numbness, loss of up to 50% motorskill, something. Anything.

Both Bankai abilities need a power comparison and a CD to match said power.

Flash Canon - I can actually assist in nerfing this to forum standards through my shinigmai Yorui. Instead of 100% sight loss, put 75% of their ability to see properly as everything blurs, darkens and stings from the sudden light exposure. That is the max. I know it doesn't sound needed but forum rules.

CD's. you can ask anyone on the forum or use kidou for comparison and use kidou CD's as a base and we'll go from there.

Shikai "Temperature" waves can have the CD reduced to 1 because Bala. Then approved. 2-1
