This is the modified Quincy racial abilities thing. Read through it cause there are a good few additions and changes. If you approve of this I will work up a new app for them and post it, along with a new post count limit for them.

All Quincies have the ability to create a unique spirit bow, and subsequently generate spirit arrows for the bow, using a Quincy cross or pentacle. The bow and arrows are both made up completely of reiryoku from the users surroundings, and last as long as the wielder's stamina and reiryoku reserves allow.


Reiryoku Manipulation: One can manipulate spiritual energy for offensive purposes. They most commonly reshapes spiritual particles into various types of bow and arrows, but can also concentrate spiritual energy into the form of swords or explosives.

Quincy Combat

The Quincy can also use the energy they gather, or use silver tubes filled with spiritual energy (see below), to perform various offensive, supportive, and defensive techniques similar to the Shinigami Kidō.

A Quincy's power can be significantly enhanced using the Sanrei glove. A Quincy needs to complete a week of intense training in order to be able to use the glove. The glove operates by repelling spirit particles, making it far more difficult for the Quincy to summon their bow. Any Quincy who is able to successfully utilize their powers while wearing the glove can thus reach much higher levels of power. This training is also the basis for the Letzt Stil.

Later, when a Quincy becomes stronger they can take a more intense training regime using a second more powerful Sanrei glove. When complete, the Quincy gains access to Vollständig. The Quincy must wear this Sanrei glove at all times. As soon as they remove it they enter Vollständig and transform. When they revert from this form they must put the glove back on and regain power before entering Vollständig again, though another training session is not needed.

A Quincy who wears the Sanrei glove may remove it in desperate cases, entering a state known as the:

Letzt Stil: The Letzt Stil gives the user a tremendous amount of power, equaling a shinigami in bankai, but at the price of their powers upon it's completion. See main article for more information. After they lose their powers once, and regain them, they can use this form at any time, and do not need to wear or remove a senrai glove to enter this form.

Vollständig: Vollständig is a quincy’s final form. It is equal to Toukai, Resurrection Segunda and so on. It grants Quincy access to a unique spirit weapon/s to use in place of their bow. They May also go through a slight transformation. They always gain a pair of Reiatsu wings.

The only way for a Quincy to regain their powers after using the Letzt Stil is to first exhaust themselves both mentally and physically, then be hit exactly 19 mm to the right of their heart with a spirit arrow. After this, a pentacle-shaped scar will form on the point of impact, and their powers will be restored.

Quincies who enter Vollstandig do not lose their powers afterwords. Going through the trail of regaining their powers after Letzt stil is enough to train their body for this form.

Quincy items
The Quincy possess numerous artifacts and equipment which help them in different ways. Below are the ones that have been shown:

Hollow bait — This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed. When used by Uryū, the bait, in combination with Ichigo's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a Gillian-class Menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Quincy bangle : Introduced in the anime's Bount arc, the Quincy Bangle is an artifact designed to mimic a Quincy's natural powers. It works by drawing in spirit particles from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing spirit particles.

Quincy cross— Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. The cross need not necessarily be in a cross shape, as Ryūken's cross is a pentacle.

Sanrei Glove: The sanrei glove is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training (wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows) to master. The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, the Letzt Stil, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely.

Improved Senrai glove: A more powerful version of the Senrai glove, when a quincy gains and completes their training with this glove they gain Vollständig.

Seele Schneider: The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles. Uryū also stated that using it increased his spiritual power. The Seele Schneiders Uryū uses are stolen from a secret storage room under Karakura hospital.

Silver tubes: Silver tubes are small liquid-filled capsules that store spiritual energy, and are used by Quincy for spellcasting in the same way that Shinigami use kidō. Like kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands.

Soul-synthesized silver— Soul-synthesized silver was used by Ryūken Ishida to construct the hidden chamber in which Uryū trains.

Soul-synthesized glass — Like soul-synthesized silver, soul-synthesized glass was used to construct the hidden chamber in the Karakura Hospital.

Quincy Techniques

To go with their bow, the Quincy have a number of special techniques to give them an edge in combat:

Hirenkyaku: Analogous to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonído, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Uryū Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it is difficult to master.

Licht Regen - A quincy who has mastered this ability is capable of firing a giant wave of hundred of quincy arrows at full power all at once. Where as normally a quincy can fire several dozen arrows quickly this ability exceeds that usual limit. This is able to be done once per two posts.

Ransōtengai: This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryū.
Dislocated joints and broken bones are meaningless against this technique. Mayuri stated it as "the most powerful technique for the Quincy," but he did not know of the Quincy Final Form, which means as far as Mayuri knew it was the strongest.

Letzt Stil Techniques

These techniques become available to a Quincy upon entering Letzt Stil, as well as any other techniques the Quincy is able to use in their normal form.

Charged Spirit Arrow: A quincy is capable of charging up a much more powerful arrow when they enter Letzt Stil. The charged arrow appears noticeably more solid than the standard bolts of Reishi. A charged arrow has enough power to severely injure a combatant of the same tier. This attack is activated, and is equal to an arrancar’s gran rey cero in power and has a 3 post cooldown.

Immense Spiritual Power: After the Letzt Stil is released, the Quincy is engulfed in a tremendous and powerful blue aura, which is actually their Reiatsu being released. Mayuri was shocked at how Uryū's Reiatsu "inflated". Theoretically, the aura can be any color, depending on the character.

Vollständig Techniques

A character who enters Vollständig gains access to these abilities in place of those in Letzt Stil.

Flight: Vollständig users can use the Reishi wings generated by the technique for flight. They can activate Hirenyaku during flight to go fast like sonic the hedge hog.

Spirit Weapon: With their Vollständig activated, a Quincy can produce a Spirit Weapon, made entirely of Reishi, from the gauntlet on their wrist. They can use this weapon for both melee attacks and to fire their quincy arrows in place of using their quincy bow to do it.

Enhanced Spiritual Awareness: A Quincy using Vollständig can sense Reiatsu to a far greater level, allowing them to surpass any ability which would hide one's presence if they are more powerful than the opponent in question. If a quincy is weak at sensing, this ability does not apply to them, while those only average in sensing may have trouble using this ability.

Note: the quincy on Bleach Stories are not as powerful as Sternritter. Instead, they are balanced to work with the rest of the races on our site. Yhwach never existed in our time line, and neither did any of the sternritter, so no making quincy who are relatives of any sternritter, and no making Yhwach’s son. Also because the Sternritter never existed, there is no such thing as the bankai amulet, so no, you cant steal a shinigami’s bankai.

Gintou Silver Tube Techniques and Sprenger:

Heizen (聖噬, haizen; German for "heat") — This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite! this abilities power is comparable to a hadou no 31.

Gritz (五架縛, gurittsu) — This technique forms a man-sized pentacle symbol which envelops its target. It is activated by the command "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!" This ability is on par with bakudo no 63.

Wolke (緑杯, vorukōru; German for "cloud") — This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!" This is equal in power to about two and a half bala's worth of concussive force.

Sprenger (破芒陣, supurengeru; German for "explosion") — This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagram-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time. The power of this technique is easily comparable to a hadou no 90 cast by shinigami.

Be warned, both Bluts have a 7 post duration with a 3 post cooldown. Also note that one or the other can be learned by a single quincy, not both. Also note they cannot be used in fatigue state.

Blut Vene: The defensive form of Blut, which grants the user inhuman durability, is represented by a faint pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a zanpakutou like item can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it seemingly is not absolute, and can be torn using sufficient power.

Blut Arterie: This doubles the power of normal arrows for a Quincy at a reduced fire rate. The fire rate is reduced by half.
