 THE HUMAN APPLICATION Name: Mei Apparent Age: 23 True Age: 23 Sex: Female Personality: Upon closer look, Mei seems to have her own little system of how the multiple worlds work and what really peaks her interest. First off, she doesn't really have a care in the world what race anyone is, what kind of person they are, or what they've done, unless they're the target of her work. She could be three feet from a mass shinigami murderer and as long as they decide to leave her alone, she'll mind her business and service the people any way she can. She really only wants to have a good time and do what she's here to do, aside from the cleaning, organizing, and other maidenly duties. In her everyday, normal maidenly demeanor, Mei can be seen as a woman of bubbly, innocent attitude. She smiles at each person she meets, she does her job with swiftness, and always seems to act like an innocent lady. However, that's simply the attitude she believes everyone needs to see. To her few coworkers and clients, she may seem more stern, mysterious, ruthless, and attractive. Even in her weird ways and nice attitude, Mei really enjoys having a drink and being hectic. Weird for an assassin right? Or even a maid huh? She doesn't seem to care that it could possibly make her vulnerable, because she has a very high alcohol tolerance. Besides, nobody will tell her not to (besides maybe a couple people) because she doesn't exactly like to be told what to do or how to do things. However, she's amazingly skilled at what she does and she can be quite a marvellous maiden. She's mostly spent stuck in the Continental trying to live her third life (even if she doesn't know it) to the fullest. Reaching this point, it comes as no surprise when it is said that Mei definitely knows she has a body to be used against whoever she wishes. She knows how well endowed she is, she knows how short her skirt is, and she knows how to flaunt her body in just the right ways. This is definitely a technique she uses when it comes to targets, clients, coworkers (if she must), and just about anyone she deems it necessary for. Along with this act, she may be seen using a more innocent sort of seduction. Pretending she isn't aware, pretending to be pouty and revealing in one, and just pretending to be sweet as can be. Although she seems quite lively and charming, Mei can also be very dark and scary. When not listened to or when told what to do, she can become highly angered and serious. This can cause her to spiral into a fit of pouting and rage. However, she can also become quite stern and calm causing a chilling atmosphere in the air, while she describes exactly what kind of punishment she can dish out which are normally rather gruesome. Also, any enemy of the Continental instantly becomes an enemy of hers meaning bloodshed is her number one goal. Being an assassin, Mei can be quite fascinated with the inside of any being she may be facing and would love to watch it all come out. Once she has fallen into the madness of wanting bloodshed, it can become rather difficult to stop until the target is annihilated most often making her irrational. CHARACTER APPEARANCE Height: 5’5”Weight: 130lbs Physical Traits: Standing at about a height of 5 feet 5 inches is a beautiful maiden almost perfect in every way. From the tips of her toes to top of her head, everything seems completely flawless but also quite sexy. Every feature seems to compliment another and every curve seems to do so in just the right places at just the right angles. Her being is truly astounding and highly irresistible. Mei is quite a beauty to behold. Her frame is petite, yet rather enticing. From her cute, wide hips to her her large, well endowed breasts, everything about her seems so alluring. Her arms are proportioned rather nicely to the rest of her, although they don't seem to be too terribly muscular in any sense, but she definitely has some tone to them. Her hands are small and can always be seen in their flawless, porcelain beauty. Her legs hold a wonderfully soft and smooth feature to them with her thighs being thick and her calves filling out quite nicely. Her small, yet semi pointed chin creates a young, sweet, and snarky look to her features. Covering her tempting frame is skin that is so fair, yet smooth as silk. However, nothing compliments her complexion like her short, natural, darkened maroon hair. It hangs at a length that is definitely longer in the front due to the fact that the rest is normally kept in two pigtails that are higher upon her head. The beautiful locks are normally left in their straightened self. Her luscious bangs frame her face covering her forehead straight across, yet being short enough to leave her clear eyes. And what wonderful eyes they are, complimenting her lovely locks with their hazel colored shimmer. They hold a sense of care, sweetness, fierceness, and confidence that could attract the masses in a matter of just moments. Just under those hazel orbs is a small, cute nose and a pair of small, soft, pink lips. Mei, due to her occupation, sports a typical maid's outfit: a very short black dress with matching buttons and white pinafore with ruffles around the shoulders. Additionally, she wears brown, knee-high boots, a white frilly cap, and long, black stockings, which are held up by a garter belt. However, on occasions where her dress is needed to be more formal, she can be seen wearing a short, midnight blue dress. With ruffles around the strapless top and fluffs out at the bottom. On her feet she wears white, sparkling flats. FIGHTING STYLE General Fighting Style: Mei normally doesn't attempt the confrontational approach, instead she takes more of the awaiting in the shadows approach. Her attack plan is more of a hide and strike fast type of deal with weapons lots of kinds of weapons and hiding. When all else fails, Speed, Flexibility, and Evasion are her final resorts whether it be to attack or to flee, which is very rare. Mei definitely tries not to flee in every case possible or her mission will be a failure. Strengths: Reiatsu and Flexibility. Weaknesses: Reiryoku, Durability, and Sensing. PRIMARY STAGE Ability Name: Reishi ConstructionDescription: Mei can create weapons of her own energy in any form she can think of to use for combat. Each weapon can be used multiple times before breaking but she can easily replace it. Of course since she has two hands she can only make two at a time up to 13 feet long. She can also create guns up to sniper rifle size using her own energy as bullets. Ability Name: Supernatural Agility Description: Maidservant is glaringly, obviously and supernaturally more agile than their race because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely more agile and able to combine their of balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength and endurance than normal members of their species (in that 'verse) can achieve by any method of training. This puts their agility at x6 naturally at all times. Ability Name: Reishi Cloak Description: With this ability Mei can cloak herself in her own Reishi making her invisible to the eye, unable to be heard, and unable to be smelled. However, her spiritual presence can still be sensed and anything that she doesn't cloak in Reishi that she is holding can still be seen. In this stage, she can also cloak one other individual as long as she has a grasp on them. Ability Name: Ocular Reiatsu Description: Mei can flow her reiatsu into her ocular nerve, reinforcing the retina and transferring information directly through her energy and soul instead of through the nervous system, allowing her to take in more visual information. This information is along the lines of being able to see farther and notice more details so much so that she could count the hairs on a fly 5 miles away. Boosts: Reiatsu X2 and Flexibility X2 SECONDARY STAGE Retains abilities from primary stageAbility Name: Reishi Cloak No.2 Description: Much like her above ability, Mei can cloak herself in her own Reishi making her invisible to the eye, unable to be heard, and unable to be smelled. However, her spiritual presence can still be sensed and anything that she doesn't cloak in Reishi that she is holding can still be seen. However in this stage, Mei can stretch her reishi cloaking up to 3 people within a 5m radius of her. Ability Name: Stronk Maiden Description: Maiden supercharges her muscles with reiatsu, increasing her Strength by 2x for 2 posts. This has a 3 post cooldown. Ability Name: Reiatsu Target Description: Maiden leaves a trace amount of reiatsu in her target whenever she makes an attack, allowing her bullets and thrown weapons to track them and be slightly faster. Whenever Maiden hits a target, all other projectiles aimed at that target track them for up to 20m and are 50% faster. Ability Name:Stepping Stones Description: Maiden creates a glyph of reiatsu at her feet, allowing her to simulate airwalking. She can use this freely, as it drains very little reiatsu from her. Boosts: Reitsu x3 and Strength x3
BACK-DROP History: She wasn't sure where she was or how she got there, but she awoke in pain. Her whole body was in pain and her vision was terribly blurred. Her head pounded and pounded for what seemed like an eternity. Soon, everything began to clear, from her head to her toes. She began to feel, she began to see clearly, she began to think coherent thoughts, but mostly she began to panic. What was she doing here? The table was cold, it clunked under the sound of her feet flailing frantically with no avail for her freedom. She was trapped, strapped to this metal sheet of whatever it was like an animal. Fluids, needles, and other things she hadn't seen before were attached to her body and in her body. She tried attempted to speak, but couldn't. For a while, she gave up and layed still until a man came out of a door behind her head. “Do you know your name?” was the first question to escape his mouth. Her head would move as to look around the room, “W-What?” Her voice was hoarse and her eyes were filled with fear. “Do. You. Remember. Your name?” He would ask a bit slower and in a more annoyed tone. “I-I.. Remember… a name. Is it.. mine?” Her head would fall down on the slab again before the man would walk straight over her. “What name?” She would look at him rather confused before speaking again, “Mei”. He would nod, “Do you remember anything else?” The woman would look at him confused, “Is there something I should remember?” He wouldn't answer but instead began to speak to her. “You have conveyed to us an excellent set of skills. I've lost men because of you. Excellent agents. But you were careless, reckless, and insane. It wasn't hard to apprehend you using only the best of the best. Nonetheless, I'm in need of more.. staff because of you. You have nowhere to go. Nobody to care for you. No job. No Money. Work for me. I'll provide you everything you need and more,” he would speak in a monotone voice. Although his voice held no tone, it held words of persuasion, truth, and mystery. She wanted to know more. She wanted to know why her memory was blank and what she had done. However, no matter how much she pleaded, he ignored her words, her desperation. He only continued to ask, “Staff or Target?” What kind of job was this? What was happening? Eventually, Mei would join them. She would train. She would learn the ways of the assassin, the maiden, and the servant. She would gather skills and make them more precise. She would join the continental and take an oath.
