Personality: Amelia is a shy young girl who has managed to keep a kind and mostly pure heart despite the circumstances she has been raised in. Socially awkward due to the little interaction she has with others, she can come across as rude and naïve without intending to and will become quickly embarrassed and apologetic when her mistake is pointed out, no matter how minor it is.

When it comes to fighting and violence, Amelia utterly detests and is afraid of both. She has seen some rather violent acts and been treated rather violently. When yelled at or threated, the young girl tends to back away from the person taking such actions against her and if forced into a corner, assume the fetal position and take whatever beating might be in store for her.

Quirk Name: Photokinesis.
Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Description: Amelia's quirk is what has given the girl the wings on her back and centers around the crystals growing from them. The crystals absorb natural light and store it inside of them, resulting in them glowing while they have light inside of them, even at night. While she has light stored within the crystals, she can use it for a variety of purposes, including projectile attacks, barriers, constructs, and distractions. The crystals who's light she uses determines the color of the light when in use (in other words, if she uses a red crystal her attacks, barriers, and constructs will be red in color.).

The draw back to her quirk is that it only charges while she is in sunlight or moonlight. No other forms of light can charge the crystals and she cannot charge them if they are in any form of darkness. On top of that, she is effectively defenseless once her crystals are out of light. They also cannot infinitely store light and have a limit, that given some training could grow but at this point, is very small.

History: Amelia is the daughter of Rose Taramaru and Lucus Griffonbane but was kidnapped while still an infant by the villians Ryu Takashimoro and Keiko Tsuchi. As a result, she has been raised (and abused) by the villians for her whole life and hasn't been allowed outside very often. She views the villains as her real parents but occasionally has some faint memories or Rose's face and voice surface, which she finds oddly comforting.

Which it is. An odd form of it, but it best fits with what you have.
