MHA is a series that encompasses characters across many generations. From old fucks like Gran Torino and the legends of his generation, to the generation following them featuring the likes of heroes like All Might, and Endeavor, down to the future heroes such as Deku and Bakugo.
In applications we will now ask what stage of life your hero is in.
Starting from the beginning, you may be a student. You haven't even dreamed of the sports festival yet and unless you're some insane prodigy you're probably no higher than D+ level. You're probably wondering why on earth you'd even want to start as one of these lowly fucking jobbers. The answer is simple, if you go through academy life and make it to the sports festival you will automatically be rewarded a 250 coin payout to upgrade any of your characters. This number may change to provide further incentive, but we will see in due time.
Next level is Sports Festival students. This is pretty self explanatory, you get to partake in one of the most exciting activities in all of My Hero Academia, the Sports Festival. You can use this time to impress us with usage of your limited skills against NPC's and player characters, in order to get drafted as an apprentice or sidekick by other pro heroes, or perhaps even a teacher. More on those later. The payout from this will occur when drafting begins, but that's a system to elaborate on at another time.
The next level is established heroes. You've risen to becoming one of the cream of the crop, and are getting paid handsomely for any work that you or your interns/sidekicks partake in. You build your legacy at this time in your life, and then for the final portion.
The final level of this is the Senior role, where you can choose one of the following paths until your characters inevitable death.
A. Retirement- Pretty self explanatory, if your hero has made it through 4 or more total sports festival cycles and you've tired of using them they can be put up for retirement, or die if you prefer that way out. You will be compensated 500 coins to put towards your other remaining heroes for this decision, but the character is officially out of action from this point on. After a period of time, they can apply to join the hero hall of fame, but more on that later.
B. Teacher- If you are well respected enough to get paid, you can get paid a fee (agreed upon by your students) to teach said student how to improve. In this time they will be given periodic tier ups, and after a period of time you can both apply for an evaluation mission, where you will both partake in a mission. At the end of this mission staff will evaluate your results, and apply tier ups to the student. This is also the only way to get your potential tier grade raised.
I hope this adds a sense of immersion for everyone, and that this can lead to some exciting new possibilities!
