Wind blew the sands of Hueco Mundo under the moonlit sky. Small hollows ran around living naturally off the dense reiatsu of the land. Trees lightly littered the landscape as well acting as occasional breaks in the scenery. Amongst the land were many hollows of various strength, the top echelon of which being the Menos Grande. Within the Menos Grande there are three classifications.

Gillian are the lowest of these ranks, mostly mindless creatures comprising of thousands of souls attempting to dominate the body. They tower over most other beings averaging anywhere from 2 to 6 stories tall. They have an iconic white mask with an elongated nose. Gillians that actually have a personality are the ones that have the opportunity to advance to a further evolution.

The Adujchas are much smaller than their previous form. There are also far fewer of them. These hollow normally take bulky humanoid or animal-esque forms rather than the huge cloaked tower of the Gillian. They also must constantly devour more hollows in order to keep their form. Adujchas also strive to attain the final evolution and peak of hollow form, the Vasto Lorde.

The number of Vasto Lorde that roam the lands of Hueco Mundo are very few. These hollows are immensely powerful and are normally small in size. These are the pinnacle of hollow power. Their strength rivals that of all of Hueco Mundo.

Amongst the sands of Hueco Mundo lay a huge pile of hollow corpses. One Adujchas, a 10ft dragon, laid in the corpses like a hoard of gold. He occasionally picked up a corpse and take a chomp out of the body to keep his hunger satisfied. He loved looking out into the sands to see what he could find.

There was a lack of hollows in the area, while this wasn't exactly a problem but the boredom was excruciating. Endless white sands and not a single hollow in sight. Millis let out a deep sigh, ever since removing his mask and becoming whatever the hell he was now, boredom was an ever increasing issue.

It had been what felt like an age was wandering the wastes before he finally stumbled across something that looked promising, a large pile of hollow corpses. A large crescent moon smile broke across Millis' face. Maybe what ever had done this could do something to curb the endless boredom he'd been experiencing. His hand wandered to the sword loosely tethered to his waist. His eyes locked onto the one moving hollow within the pile, a decently sized adujcha in the form of some kind of lizard.

"Well, well, well. Someone has been a busy boy." His smile still plastered across his face.

The spiritual pressure was impossible to ignore. For a Hollow the size that Lazarus was, he had to keep himself as supressed as he could, trying in vain to stay hidden from the others nearby. He'd fallen asleep under the sands some time ago, and due to his size was able to survive off the dense reiatsu of the land. While Lazarus still preferred a living soul to eat, he could survive easier than most other Hollows in the drought seasons.

What he found when he awoke, however, was not the small village he'd been expecting to see, but rather a large pile of corpses with a Dragon sitting in the center of them. Staying as hidden and supressed as he could, Lazarus snuck closer to see who else was nearby, since he could tell there was at least one other presence, though with his own sensory abilities being slightly lacking, he had no idea which of the two was stronger.

The small Gillian-class Hollow dove into the pile of corpses from behind, and burrowed through the bodies to get closer to the others, keeping his body in the pile but looking out at the others, and seeing the Human-looking person who seemed to know the Dragon.

Lazarus felt like he really shouldn't be here, but there was nothing more he could do besides try to survive.

Kilon was minding his own business, eating on the corpse of some random hollow in the middle of nowhere even, when he felt an immense spiritual energy coming up to a secondary, but weaker, pressure signature. Deciding that someone was about to fight Kilon thought to himself that he "simply must" get involved. Tossing the corpse to the ground where it finished disappearing he stretched out his wings and the massive nine foot tall bat-like monster flew towards the source of the clashing energies.

As he arrived however he noticed a hollow that was even larger than him and a smaller one.. however what had caught his attention the most was some weakling was trying to hide his presence. So he kept staring at the pile of corpses while landing at walking towards the other two who were significantly stronger, "Did I miss the party already..? A shame.. I wanted a battle." He commented stiffly before sniffing the air a couple of times.

Glaring at the pile he merely pointed and grunted, "You missed one.."

The only reason he noticed while the others hadn't was most likely because he had a high pesquisa capability. Something he made note of since one of these two hollow was so much more powerful than him it turned his own stomach.. which only made him wish to get stronger so that he could fight that power, "So.. what is with this little gathering hrm..?"

Assuming no one stopped him he approached the pile and attempted to put a lanky arm into it. Grasping around for a moment as he tried to grab and pull out the little hollow that was trying to hide. If this was successful he'd hold the thing out in the open and stare at it intently.. trying to decide if it was his next meal. He otherwise made no moves against the thing yet beyond gripping it tightly though.

Selica knew the workings of the desert of Hueco Mundo. She had resided there for such a long time and there was no indication that she ever had a life previous to being the monster that she was. In her beginning, there was nothing but darkness and when she awoke there was sand as far as she could see with nothing else in sight. Well, that's how she remembered it anyway. She hadn't journeyed out of the desert in quite a while considering she had a bit of an insect problem to keep an eye on. As of current, she had seen or felt no movement from the pest on her radar, however that would change according to her children.

The vines that had been spread beneath the sands would catch a familiar reiatsu that migrated further into the area than usual. Where was she going? Selica would find herself following the signature, then passing it up as it seemed to stop. However, there was something far more interesting that the spider seemed to have picked up on before her. Multiple cases of powerful reiatsu bundled into one area, but they all paled in comparison to one. Who could have such devastating power here in these sands? She had never felt any hollow with this much reiatsu before. This would cause a smile to creep along her features as she would swiftly approach the group making it well known that she was on her way. When she finally arrived, she would make sure to place herself directly in everyone's line of sight.

A dragon, A winged beast, a little bean, and a one much like herself with humanoid features. It was him. He was the one with such strong power. He was the one that actually captured her attention. These other hollows meant nothing to her, although she really wasn't interested in breaking a sweat today meaning she was willing to act more civilized. "My my. What an odd collection we have here. You all wouldn't happen to be.. together, would you?" Her words were calm, but her tone was rather suggestive. Selica would place her right hand on her hip as she would tilt her head at the group.

The dragon watched as the other hollows gathered around his pile of hollow corpses. A proud smile appeared on the Adjuachs' face as they made comments about the pile. One that caught his eye was the humanoid figure that arrived first. Although pesquisa was not his strong suit, he noticed the large gap in strength between them. He made a mental note to watch him in case a fight were to break out. Every meeting of hollows could resort to violence after all.

Zingar did not take note of the small hollow that made its way into the pile as he observed the others. "I didn't exactly expect a gathering here. This is simply where I have decided to place my hoard." The dragon spoke to the small crowd gathered around the corpses. He then lifted a body near him and quickly bit its head off. He munched on the hollow as he thought about what to say.

A few of the hollows asked if this was the gathering of a group. This obviously was not the case, but Zingar wanted to speak on the subject either way. "I am happy to meet you all. You can call me Zingar."

More and more hollows had gathered, some cracking wise or attempting to, one cower in a pile of corpses and another staking claim to the horde. How very dull. None of these creatures seemed to have undergone the same metamorphosis Millis had, yet this may not be a complete waste.

Turning to the creature identifying itself as 'Zingar', "Your 'horde' don't make me laugh. This is no more than warm up." His ever present smile took a significantly darker form as he dropped his voice, "Perhaps I should show all of you how to start a real horde of corpses!" His obvious threat was capped off with a cackling laugh, as he was very clearly projecting murderous intent.

maybe, just maybe there was some fun to be had here after all...

The next Hollow to arrive was by far the scariest one yet. While the others seemed to have more power, this one directly noticed Lazarus' presence and fetched him out of the corpse pile. Being held in another Hollow's hands as Lazarus was pulled out, his life flashed before his eyes.

He missed most of everything else that had happened, the other hollow inspecting him and deciding whether or not to eat him while another Hollow arrived and the others began talking, but finally came to and realized he was in danger and decided he needed to protect himself.

"No hurt Laz!" Deciding the scariest-looking Hollow here was the largest, Lazarus transformed into an exact copy of Zingar. This caused him to be too large to be held on to, and as he finished growing in size he looked at the real Zingar with complete fear in his eyes. Getting up, he flew into the air and watched the scene from above to decide if he needed to run away or if he could stay and potentially make new friends.

"I'd prefer if we had a more social gathering," said the flying copy of Zingar who wasn't actually Zingar.

"Tch" Kilon said as the hollow in his grasp started to super size himself into a frigging dragon clone. This obviously forced Kilon to release him begrudgingly who then proceeded to just stare at the woman who arrived and spit on the ground, another hag thinking she was hot shit.. great.. what was more interesting and frightening to Kilon's battle brain however was the fact that Millis, who hadn't introduced himself yet, was now threatening the lot of them like they were cattle. Someone that strong was still unable to restrain themselves? Perhaps there was no hope for Kilon then who had come to believe if he could become strong enough that maybe he would calm down further and be more than a fighting machine.

Listening to Zingar speak it sounded like things were going to go smoother than expected.. though violence was more commonplace than anything here in Hueco Mundo, but that thought was shattered and replaced by a strong desire to crush Millis when the male decided he was too good for everyone and threatened all of the remaining hollow. This normally wouldn't have bothered Kilon, but the fact that one guy thought he could destroy four different hollow, all of them being adchujas or better except for the one who transformed INTO a flying dragon who seemed to be a gillian still, struck a nerve and caused Kilon to be shaken slightly by his intimidation.

That intimidation was quickly giving rise to the need for combat though.. and dying here was no different than dying in the future as far as Kilon was concerned. He landed near Zingar's pile of corpses and furled his wings around him like a cloak for a moment. Pondering what to do next.

It seemed that some of these other hollows were more inviting than others as Zingar would claim his "hoard" as he called it, which wasn't surprising of a dragonoid creature such as himself. He would cheerfully introduce himself in a way that would cause Selica to tilt her head in confusion, but she would quickly lose interest as the obviously strongest of the group would speak. Intimidation? Well, that was a game that Selica loved to play, since she was more difficult to intimidate. It wasn't that she couldn't be frightened, but rather she enjoyed the thrill of being convinced to be afraid. She enjoyed the excitement she gained from the pain that would surely ensue if she didn't bend so easily. Selica was certainly the definition of a masochist in more ways than just one. It could turn out to be unsettling depending on how far she was willing to take it.

Of course, the mask that covered her features wasn't enough to hide the curiosity that glimmered in her eyes. Her focus was now on Millis as she elected to ignore the others that only seemed to be acting like some sort of circus performance. It was almost uncanny the way her eyes glued to him as she waited to see what it was he planned on doing. Was he worth what his power suggested? What kind of individual was he? Selica couldn't wait to find out.
