It was a bright day in the Soul Society. Squad 8 was running around taking care of business. Kuroi was lying in his Captains quarters until the sun shone through his window. He turned over on his stomach so the sunlight would hit the back of his head. But eventually he was starting to get hot."Gah...." He did 100 push-ups before standing up. This was an early morning ritual he followed to keep himself in shape. Kuroi grabbed his Haori and put it on. He walked out of his Quarters to be greeted by his Squad memebers. Kuroi took his time moving across the barracks over to where his office was. When he arrived he saw three stacks of papers sitting on his desk."Damn it!" He walked over behind his desk and grabbed his pen and began reviewing the papers. He hated paperwork but it had to get done.

The smell of cherry blossoms fills the air around the office. "am I interuppting anything important captain yai?" The voice was stern but kind as you look up the captains hoari that was floor length with no sleeves and a hood and red silk lining clings to,the well muscled frame of captain of squad ten,Tazuma Koshi. His zanpacto laying across his right shoulder,the most powerful and only sound based zanpacto in soul society history. Its silver music note charm dangles by his right wrist.

He was caught off guard by the stern voice. It almost made him grab his zanpakuto. He looked up from his paperwork and saw a Haori touching the floor. Kuroi knew it must have been a captain by the looks of it. He was not taken back by the mans appearance but somewhat surprised by his build. He almost made Kuroi look like a lightweight. "No sir, I am just going over some witness statements from a little bar scruffel but its nothing big. Just a lot of he she said stuff. I think I need to cut back on this Squads' sake intake a bit. This is like the fourth fight this month. But whats is going on with you Captain?" He leaned back in his chair taking his zanpakuto and lying it in the corner of his office before leaning forward.

"no need to worry captain yai I was just taking my normal walk and thought to myself what would the squad eight captain be up too. I do think,that maybe sake intake should be,limited but as a sake master I can say that maybe in my eyes sake just increases the persons natural animal its makes the shy bold and the meak strong if,you,get my mdaning and please don't call me sir. I'm tazuma or zuma if you wish." My eyes are soft but you can tell they have seen horrors and battles beyond measure.

"Never really up to much except for today. Yeah you wuld be surprised what sake can do to a person. Thanks I will keep that in mind Tazuma." Kuroi almost grimaced at what he saw in Tazumas eyes but looked away to regain his composure before looking back at him. Kuroi shifted in his chair before leaning back again. "Question for you...what is the latest news going on around here that people dont really like talking about?" Kuroi knew somethings but he usually did not pay attention in Captains's meeting because he was sometimes hung over from the night before. He was never a big drinker but around Squad 8 it was something he had to get used to so he thought he would join in with them.

"well now that is a different story.lets see I was attacked by a vizard that used hado 90 the black coffin on me. He is the reason why the captain commander and I,are training to,get more powerful. So do you drink sake? If so I have a lovely plum that,finished this very morning." I step fully into the office and walk to the desk"may I sit?" I ask,while pointing to a chair by the captains desk"as you,can see my injuries are almost healed."

"Vizards....I thought the rumors were false. But then again it has not been unatural for one to tamper with such things. I hope your training along with the Captain Commander goes well. It is never to early to drink sake, and I love trying new things. Sure you can sit down." Kuroi picked up the stack of papers and sat them down beside his desk clearing it off. He moved the other set to the other side of his desk. He hated paperwork, but he would have a few drinks before finishing it. If he had a Lieutenant then they could do it for him but since he didnt have one then; he would just have to do it himself.

I sit and pull out two cups and a smal clay bottle with the kanji for fun on it. I pour the sake into yai's cup first and then my own" no vizards do indeed exist and our feelings about tgem has changed after what they did for us during the winter war." I smell the sake it has a slughtly sweet plum smell to it."i hope you enjoy my sake captain yai." I say while lifting my cup in a salute "kumpai!"

Kuroi watched Tazuma pour the sake for him. "Ah the Winter War...I remember hearing about that vaguely. But that is in the past and times have changed a lot since then." Kuroi took one of the cups and brought them to his nose smelling the sweet smell of the plum. He enjoyed the smell of fruit because it relaxed him. Kuroi lifted his cup along with Tazuma and saluted. "Kumpai!" Kuroi took a strong swig of the sake and felt really good. He leaned down in the chair a bit before taking another swig of the sake. After finishing off the sake he sat it down on his desk.

I sip on my,sake and look at,yai" so how did you enjoy the sake my friend?" Being a maker of sake I knew some people like certain things so if yai didn't like it I would take no offense at all after all every ones imput only makes the sake better
