It was any really normal day for the taicho of the second division. There he sat behind his oak desk, same usual thing. Papers covering his desk, his feathered pen in hand, looking over simple reports from his officers. It was one of those jobs in the day you didn't like doing but must. Kind of like having to clean a toilet just less smelly. He let out a low breath as he started to look over the pages reading every little detail.
Patrol units reports where so dull lately, at least when he was writing reports for his captain he put in some flare. Letting out another dull sigh he tucked the paper into a folder. Turning to his left side he opened up a small file cabinet beside his desk, there he placed the folder in its proper area. There he had every report from every officer for the past few years. Just for save keeping if any of them broke the law he had there reports when needed.
It was truly a busy day, he was meant to meet a old friend of his. When he was in the sixth division. Oh the glory days he thought for a moment, he slowly rose from his seat, grabbing his trusty sword he placed it on his left hip. With that he slowly grabbed his jacket, putting it on with haste he was truly set to go. He was late and he didn't like begin late. Going threw the halls and walking normally truly felt a burden to him so.
With that he opened the window to his office, he would then step onto with a single foot, hearing his sliding door open, a young woman stood at the door step some what in shock from seeing her Captain trying to run away from his job.
"Taicho-san?"
Her voice was trembling un sure what to do, and what was truly going on. With a smirk Taisho nodded his head, winked at the young woman. "No worry's Kaito-dono. I'll be back in a flash!" With that he shunpoed away, his image fading away in the sun. There stood the woman looking at a open window. wondering what the hell just happened.
"He really needs to stop with that line"
Taisho shunpoed across the rough tops until he landed in a courtyard. The place where he was to meet the young man. He let out a low soft laugh shaking his head. "I need to stop saying that." He chuckled at his inner thought and looked around the courtyard. Not much people where moving around and it seemed he was on time. He just had to see if his guest or even 'date' would come.
