I know by technicality I can't change my name twice per month.... However since Hanzo Momochi may become a scraped idea, then I have to change my name to suit a char I currently have that will be active. Easy to guess who.

Reason (If any): Since you reapplied this rule after I had first changed my name, well then it really shouldn't matter. Besides Easier to search for my actual active char then one that's gonna most likely be scrapped.
