Jia's kido is not like ordinary kido. It is deadly, and demonic living up to its reputation as umbra ars. All spells in the list are fairly costly, not only using reiatsu, but also requires the user to inflict pain on him/herself.

Effect: As the user makes a small cut. A small trickle of blood will fall to the ground, and quickly disappear. From under his/her target, black chains will rise to bind him/her. This attack has a charge time of 1 post, lasts 3 posts, and can only be used once per topic.

Effect: The user creates a scratch on his/her palm. From the mark, black dust appears, enough to blind the target. In attack is used in a linear direction and can be easily avoided, and can even be blown away by a strong enough wind. The attack can be used instantly with a cool down of 1 post. The blindness lasts 2 posts.

Effect: The user stares directly into his/her target's eyes. It will initially disorient the target. If the user can keep his/her eyes open for longer than thirty seconds, he/she is able to peer into the target's mind momentarily. After the attack is used, the user will cough up a sum of blood equivalent to the amount of time the attack it used. This attack has a charge time of 3 posts, and has a cool down equal to the amount of time it was used. While using this attack, the user can still perform other tasks including other umbra ars, as long as he/she doesn't blink.

No black hole moves sorry. All effects need a limit on how long they are active ie the blindness and such
Other demons can use these as well unless you are strickly a umbra urs user like a kido commander for demons.

need to be a way to avoid that and ur felis oculi attack and agree wiht koshi no black hole

Alright. Instead of sucking in living things, the black hole move only sucks in reiatsu. The blinding move can also easily be avoided.

also no sucking reitsu move so just drop the whole black hole thing okey and no reitsu absorption moves they are kinda restricted on here so

No sucking/draining reiatsu dude sorry. It could be thrown at an opponent.. on impact it expands and gains an immense amount of weight the area impacted by the black ball is stuck to it thus weighting them down fir a short period of time
