imo there should be absolutely no possibility of anyone being a shini with fullbring powers, at least not at this point. Perhaps if we had a plot involving them eventually we could allow a severely limited amount of them. But for now.. no.

I didn't mean to leave you out of the loop ichigo. My fault as it seems to be canon I figured with veloz and r'yga that a limited number of vizards should be allowed. Alot of failed site were flooded with vizards and nothing else. I figured it be the best thing for the well being of the site. Thats all.

I vote for no Fullbringer-Shinigami. We know nothing about this Tsubasa guy and from day ones he's been causing trouble. First he wants the kill rule removed and gets denied on that. Now he wants to create a fullbringer-shinigami and pray to god you guys deny him on that. Mods are losing their voice on these forums. Ichigo you need to make a stand and voice everything for us.

Make a thread yourself and deny fullbringer-shinigami, deny using more than twenty kido. You need to stand by your mods if this site is gonna have any structure.

As for Ika he should get very little for now. He's already posting in apps because he thinks he's an app checker again. Ash and Amaya only back up whatever Tazuma say and hardly do any good. They just post what they think are good tiers, and double approve apps.

I do the tiering for the fact of a good range but i am getting better on knowing what need cooldowns and nos and such

The 20 kido thing can be bent for instances like a kido focused character however the character cannot have a focus on kido and be good at zanjutsu. To focus on one the other must be weaker in terms of skill.

Ryga as you say about tsubasa I agree he seems to be testing his limits. And as of now. Any ruling made in good terms of rules and canon made by a mod sill be supportes by me. Unless the member has a rock solid case then I may listen

As for the vizards they are closed,until more shinigami join the site. Then we can allow more.

Also ika getting 0-2 has been shot down by EVERY mod and myself. He will receive a fair tier just not a leader tier. If that did happen I have seen several people in cb mention that they will LEAVE THE SITE.

I know tsubasa is/was tenju. Cheeky bastard lol
