Aegis saw he was dodging his question and though it did not phase him he was going to ask again and again and again until he answered it, it was something that was required, "What is your business here and as I give respect to your land you shall do the same for mine." Aegis dodged his questions with another question and answer of his own though the second half of his statement more so spoke the answer to his questions it was besides the point.

"In all honesty i just came here to see what the big deal was about. It's jsut a forest, so i wanted to see what you did to it. Nice job by the way." He said, bringing up two fingers to his head as he saluted to him, opening one eye. Walking forward slightly, he looked over the menos army, sighing. "when will you let them evolve? Most of them seem ready for it."

Aegis heard him speak but knew there was another reason beneath the skin of his words there wasn't just a common visit because Aegis raised Menos forest from the ground and had a visit from the Lord Marshal his eyes gazed into his eyes and spoke again this time his question was more to the point of the visit, "...What is your purpose for being here?..." Asked Aegis more seriousness was put into the question he wanted to know Cross' Visit and his purpose.

Cross looked at the arrancar, straight in the eyes. "Why do you think I am here Aegis. Pull one of your weird phrases on me. Let's see what you can come up with." Cross stood his ground, not even intimidated from the mans structure. Dropping his arms to his side, He continued to look dead in the eye of the arrancar, Pulling his hair up into a spiky pony tail. His red iris's continued to peer out from his skull.

Aegis descended upon th eman and seemed to slowly fade into the air before appearing before Cross in that same fade slowly fading into the world his shell had been stripped from him and his true form revealed his one earring resembling that of a Christianic Cross dangling as his hair came to dress over his eyes shadowing them and giving off only that eerie red glow, the espada now revealed himself finally before the eyes of Cross and he spoke, "You want what you could not attain as you were not born yet, you want the past in the grip of your hands and you will go by whatever lengths to reach that goal." Spoke Aegis then silenced as the army gathered behind him in amazement always thinking him to be a vasto lorde and only that never thinking that he was the Former Primera Espada.

Cross smirked as the man finally showed himself. "What I could not Attain? I have attained more than the primera's before me." He commented, Walking around Aegis, Looking him over. "where's your tat?" He said, pointing to his own on his face. He knew that Aegis's would be a three digit number, but he just wanted proof. "What is it something unoriginal as "111"?" he muttered in a mocking,childish tone. Cross was doing everything he could to annoy Aegis, Even if it was the simplest things.

Aegis did not break nor break down for anyone let alone anything soon and slowly his shell began to slowly cover his body again as he stared off into the distance towards the edge of Menos, "You will have to see.." Aegis figured the kid for someone who hated simple answers yet did not care enough he turned as the army made way for him, Aegis knew as well he had not preformed as many feats as those before him not even in power by much it was something that didn't bother him either and so he ascended to the top of the temple, "Even now in this form you are still a child, petulant and ignorant.." a true disappointment but he walked into the temple and in his throne he sat. his eyes gazing far and wide towards the desert of HM.

Cross smiled, pointing towards Aegis. "Well atleast I don't hide myself. You can taunt this child form all you want. I only did it to control the power. If i was in my adilt form continuously, Las noches would sink. I did it for my kingdom, so it wouldn't go down." Cross watched him go up to his throne, shaking his head. "even made yourself a throne? Does that make you feel good?" He said, sticking his tongue out towards the arrancar.

Aegis looked ahead still nothing felt good it was simply what was not what made him feel good and how it would be he spoke of hiding but in a truth Cross hid more than Aegis did infact it was even more cowardice then Aegis' shell, "You are more of a coward than I, hiding your power in the shell of a child in order to keep balance in this world, I at least do not hide my power for the sake of the race, after all you are more caring of humans than your own kind, are you not?" Those eyes gazed down to that of Cross from the top and leaned forward from the shadows into the light, "Humans have been killed multiple times on your watch it seems that even as a child and the Primera you are doing a poor job." Aegis commented on his lack of duty before sitting back against the throne and gazed down at Cross quietly.

Cross growled at the man. "Atleast I didn't hide when the Lord was in danger. I hid myself in this form to protect humans. I only protect the ones that can see me, Which I have done. Do not put me on the spot like that. I can do the same to you." he said, Leanign back up against the beam. He took a rock, throwing it out into the forest. He continued to mutter words that none of them could understand. it was from pure annoyance, rage. Aegis was pushing his buttons, So Cross was not going to back down.
