Yes you can, just post an rp request in the request section, here. Using this template and I'm sure someone will tag along.

The code thingy? Oh the templates. Click the "select code" option, that'll select it all, then copy it, paste it and edit it. Where to edit? after "[/color]". Hope this helps, if it doesn't then do tell, I'll explain it further.

If our character has something happen to them, like they obtain a new ability or they get a scar from a fight. How do we had that to our character bios, since there are locked?

i would say ask a mod, and we'll do it for you. (not sure if i have the permissions to, but yuki or pallas probably do)

For techniques, you can't just happen upon them, first off they need to approved by two staffers in the creation section, here.

As for a scar or any updates to your character, send a staffer a pm, with the link in which it happened and your character will be updated.

Can families form or start? I think there are a lot of opportunities that can come from this, if you decide to implement it.

This has been in discussion for a while. =] I believe so. In fact, we even had an idea where a family could be started, but you would need people to join the family or have NPCs in the family.

Just keep in mind that just because you are the head of a family doesn't mean you are Captain-equivalent or whatever. =]
