I'll write it out in the staff area once I have a spare moment. ^.^ I've updated the sidebar, and posted a thread in the staff area for staff who don't have a pic yet.

I'd like to step in and state that my inactivity is due to illness, family problems, and surgery recovery. Everyone in staff have known of this. I know that I have been gone a long time, but regardless I have legitimate reasons for being absent these long periods of time.

And we understand that Eden. It's ok and I hope all it going better for you. You'd be one of those on the list that would be exempt from loosing your spot for that reason. This is mainly geared towards those that leave without notice or warning and are gone for long periods of time.

It actually seems quite fair to me. I agree.

Alright. I agree with the proposed voting 'n such, then. Though, I believe vote-offs should just be held between staff. It would get a bit...bland to get all members to vote on it. If a person is inactive for a month, we staff can make a topic and make a decision on whether to demote them.

I agree, and we were not planning on demoting you Eden, due to your surgery recoveries. =] Heck, I know how it feels like, maybe in a more minor way, but nonetheless.

About inactive staff, is it still going to be automatic? I think it's redundant to vote people off just because they are inactive.

For example, Bob and Joe are both staff, but go inactive with no notice or warning. A month later, staff vote to demote Joe for inactivity, but not Bob.

You see? I find it a bit redundant, thus think it should be stated with the staff requirements and that section. What do ya'll think?

I agree with you Yuki. Should just be automatic with no notice given after a month. That seems fair.
