Ika Mazi
Ika was relieved to hear the Quincy leader being boisterous and seemingly competent in his ability to keep the Hollows in line if they opted to venture into the Human World. He didn't really want anymore conflict, but his first priority as a being was to ensure that his new retirement home didn't get scorched. Things were always better off in some level of reasonable balance, and if having to play to this side of the fence was the way to ensure that then frankly, it was about as good an option as he was going to be able to find. A small smile curled Ika's lips as he heard he would have access to the libraries, and so he eagerly awaited the conclusion of Viktor's affairs.
The only two bits of info that Ika really sought to comment on were funding and well, Kokoro. "I'm sure you can secure funding, I'm sure the Vatican has an altar boy buried somewhere they could sell off for a fortune hm?" Ika winked wryly before continuing on with his thought. "And as for Demise.. He was always unfit to rule but I have a feeling Kokoro will turn things around. He doesn't strike mas passive, never did and he's a philosophical 180 to what Demise offered.. Things could get interesting with him in charge, that much is certain.. I may have some friends keep an eye out to be honest. If anything of note reaches my ears you'll be the first to know."
As closing formalities finished, Ika nodded to follow the Quincy towards the archive. It was massive to say the very least, knowledge Ika could never hope to absorb permeated the room as Ika's eyes lit up. "Wow.. I uh. I've gotta be honest it's even more impressive than I remember hearing about.. How many.. how long has this been here?.."
